The other side, A long walk home, and a new project.
I published a short story a couple of weeks ago called 'The other side.' While not the strongest I've ever written, I felt that it merited enough to commit time to it and put it online. Maybe you'll love it, who knows.
I'm also currently editing a short story entitled 'A long walk home.' this has been in my notebook for around five years, so rather than leave it there - I thought that I'd write it up and add it to the increasing collection. I like it. Though, dare I say it, I am getting a little tired of dark and bleak endings. This was a stop gap story, one to give myself a break from what I'm really working on.
I've come to realise that I'm at a junction, A long walk home was the turning point.
I'm excited to mention that the 'The Wolf of Wendigo' is currently weighing in at about 17k words -- it should reach novella length soon, and nearly be ready for editing. There will be more about this later.
Cheers for now, and thanks for dropping by!
